Step into a quiet space to explore meditation, insomnia, and overthinking through the healing language of sound. Held in safety and care, this workshop guides you inward toward steadiness, understanding, and a softer relationship with your inner world.

Part 1 — Meditation: Returning to Presence

We begin by settling the body and arriving in the moment. Through guided listening and gentle sound practices, you’ll learn to tune into the subtle layers of awareness within you. This segment helps you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate a sense of grounded presence. It creates the foundation for the deeper themes that follow.

Part 2 — Insomnia: Soothing the Restless System

Next, we explore how sound can support the body when rest feels distant. You’ll experience calming tones, slow rhythms, and grounding vibrations designed to ease an overstimulated nervous system. This part offers a felt sense of spaciousness where the body can soften, settle, and remember how to rest.

Part 3 — Overthinking: Quieting the Mental Noise

Finally, we turn toward the mind’s loops, worries, and constant activity. Here, sound becomes a gentle teacher, helping you shift from mental noise into clarity. Through guided sound immersion, you’ll explore how vibration can soften thought patterns, create inner space, and support emotional ease.

Throughout the workshop, you are supported in a safe, nurturing environment where nothing needs to be fixed or forced. Each segment builds on the last, moving from presence, to rest, to clarity allowing you to meet yourself with compassion and curiosity.

You’re welcome to bring a journal. Everything else is taken care of. Suitable for participants aged 18 and above.
