BSB or PayID is preferred, as it helps us avoid credit‑card processing fees.

All bookings must be confirmed with full payment.

To Book- Follow 3 Simple Steps:

1. Email Tranquil Nest or SMS 04 9191 8340 to make a reservation

2. Once booking is confirmed, payment through BSB or PayID

3. Send payment proof by email or SMS

Cancellations made 7+ days in advance will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
If your plans change, you’re welcome to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice incur a 50% fee.
No‑shows are non‑refundable for all bookings.
