How many sessions do I need before I can see results or get better?
For the healing process to be most effective, we recommend an initial program of four sessions. However, the journey is deeply personal. Some may find that a longer or shorter course works best for them.

How should I prepare for a session?
To get the most out of your session, here are a few simple steps to prepare:

Stay hydrated and have a light meal beforehand to keep your body comfortable

Avoid alcohol and caffeine (like coffee or tea) at least two hours before your session, as they can interfere with relaxation

What should I wear to the session?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to avoid restricting your movements or circulation during the session. Natural materials such as cotton or linen are recommended. Occasionally, instruments may be placed on your body, so items like belts, big jewelries, buttons or sequins could interfere. In consideration of those with sensitivities, we appreciate your support in keeping our environment fragrance-free.
How long does each session last?
Typically, we offer 60-minute, and 90-minute sessions, but we're happy to tailor them to your needs.
What should I do after a session?
After a sound healing session, it’s best to take it easy, relax, and avoid stressful situations. A gentle walk can help you stay grounded and integrate the experience.

If you feel ungrounded, try eating something light and drinking plenty of water. Hydration supports your body’s natural healing process by helping flush out any toxins released during the session.

Journaling can also be a powerful way to process your experience. Take a few quiet moments to jot down any sensations, emotions, or insights that surfaced. There’s no right or wrong, just let the words flow and give your inner voice space to speak.
